# Ministry of World Domination

> Ministry of World Domination is the strategy and change practice of Polle de Maagt, working from Rotterdam and Gent for leadership teams in the Netherlands, Belgium and beyond.

We help leadership teams turn a strategy into what people actually do on Monday. A small bench of strategists, facilitators and makers, working side by side with AI agents.
